We have officially entered October and we have a busy few weeks ahead!
In Social Studies, we have started our unit on Maps. This week we are taking some time to explore different kinds of maps and try out making a few on our own. Students are really enjoying it so far (see some photos above). Next week (15th-19th): Thursday is our 4th Grade Field Trip to Jefferson City. Make sure to get your kiddo here by 6:30 a.m. in their school shirt (the blue one they received this year) and a sack lunch. We will have a long day ahead, please be at the school to pick them up at 6:30 p.m. I am sure we will have them worn out and ready for bed! :) Friday is a half day and the day of our Fall Party! The party will begin right around 10:00. Dismissal is at 12:30. Conferences will begin the week of the 22nd! Make sure you have us on your calendar. If you need another meeting time reminder, please let me know :) |
